Paul is a Colonel and the highest ranking member of the Red Faction after the Plague Armageddon of 2175, with the majority of Red Faction leadership presumed dead.
Biography
Shortly after The Plague broke out and reached Bastion, Paul along with the surviving members of the Red Faction forced to abandon their posts in the underground and head up to the surface base camp. He organised a convoy back to the camp when he encountered Darius Mason and Kara. Paul detained Darius because of his attitude. On their way back the convoy got attacked by the Plauge forcing them to stop and fight back. After successfully repelling the mutant's attack, Paul confronted Darius who punched him in the face and knocking him out. He was carried back to base by Winters.
