Isondo Barnes was the VP of Marketing for the Ultor Corporation. She worked from Mars, likely in Ultor's administration offices. In a radio tag, she can be heard giving a message which heavily implies that she commits suicide following the First Martian Revolution. Given her position as Ultor's Marketing VP, she was likely the person behind many of the propaganda advertisements seen throughout Mars around 2075, as well as whatever marketing campaign existed on Earth that may have been luring miners to work at the Ultor mines.
