Asimov is a settlement on Mars. It is most likely founded after the fall of the Earth Defence Force in the Second Martian Revolution. It is a neutral territory in that it isn't part of the Red Faction or Marauder states.
It is also where the White Faction's Severus-Class Dreadnaught crashed resulting in a collapse in diplomatic relations with the Red Faction and Marauders.
